ini.ĭocks: The module I pulled this from originally only had 6 docks but I upped it to 12 just by copying and renaming them. If you want to make it bigger, you can by changing the scale value under the section in the. It should look like this: Ĭhange the format codes using the table shown here.ĪltVisualizer.ini (AKA Spectrum Analyzer): I didn’t make any changes to this and I don't recommend you do either unless you really know what you’re doing. If you want to change the date format, you can.

There is also a good amount of documentation online for anyone looking for information not provided here, but I'll do my best to answer questions in the comments.Ĭlock.ini: This is pretty basic and I didn't make any changes. Much of the information will apply to the others as well as using Rainmeter as a whole. The big thing is that everything is working again.Īs a note, I'm only going to go over the modules I'm currently using since I know them the best.
NIER AUTOMATA 2B PNG SKIN
The resolution I'm working in is 5760x1080 so it’s not a plug and play skin for probably 99% of you but the elements can be moved around as needed. There are a few modules I'm not using but still included in the skin. A link to the rmskin will be pasted below and I'll do my best to give a text tutorial here on how each individual module works so hopefully it will be easier for the community to maintain. Many of the older skins had broken elements because they have not been updated or maintained in 3-4 years, but I managed to get everything working again. I have spent the past 2 weeks building this Rainmeter skin and I wanted to share it with you all! Most of the skins are pulled from other projects that you can find on reddit and DeviantArt, but I’ll link everything below. Reposted cause the picture wasn't working for some reason And they're definitely fun to be around.Ignore the stutter. All the characters needed to be, to me, was fun. I never cried or got anywhere remotely close to it with Nier, but it's still one of the games I discussed and read about the most. I don't really mind if I'm not sad because something sad happened. When it comes to THE FEELS, all I ask is that it makes sense for the characters. I was intrigued with that world, and wanted to know more about it. I was definitely thinking "ok, I get it" on my first NG+ in many moments, but it's not a big deal, because I never really felt that I should be super emotional at any scene, it all felt like following a good story. The character drama, while compelling, was more of a framework to interact with the actual story of that world. Sure, some things were a bit too in your face, but maybe I'm in the minority, but this was never the reason I loved Nier so much. But I don't agree that the game itself suffered from this. Yeah, I definitely agree that Nier was better for having less of that edge. Feels like he's fanning the flames of a minor shitstorm for attention, which can go either way. Particularly as he's clearly got it in him to write interesting characters. But it's still a reduction of what could be a really complex character down to titillation and that overall 'attitude' to female characters from him makes me feel a bit weird about a game I'm really excited about.
NIER AUTOMATA 2B PNG HOW TO
I can see the humour in the response and I can see how to some extent it's refreshing to see someone not resulting to 'PR told me to say this' clichés.

Which is kinda what disappoints me about Yoko's response to all this a bit. If it doesn't offer anything to the storytelling and/or relates to the character's role (in this case, it seems to almost contradict it?) then it just feels degrading. I have no issue with sexualisation of characters in games in principle, but as other's have said, it's the way it's done and why that's being communicated. (Edit: Though I can see why people don't like the repetitive end sequences - personally, the blatant tear-jerking stuff worked on me). It was a big part of what put me off the expanded universe. Sometimes juxtaposition can work well, but the parts inserted for pretty clear shock value clashed with a story that (for me, anyway) was told with real sensitivity. For what it's worth, Nier is one of my favourite games in terms of the setting and the core story but there were plenty of times where I was left cold by a really obvious desire to be edgy with limited/no benefit to the overall story.
